Constriction of the new DGPSA (IPSA – Agriculture and Livestock Health and Protection Institute) administrative building in Managua.
Description:
In the frame of the Sustainable Agriculture and Livestock Development Project of the Agriculture and Livestock Ministry of Nicaragua, and with the economic support of the Inter-American Development Bank, the infrastructures of the new Health and Harmlessness offices for food and agriculture in Managua have been drafted and designed.
The building is composed of a main floor and a first floor for the administrative area and public attention area; it also has two annexed spaces for the cafeteria – restaurant and the storage area.
The complex has a total build surface of 3.590 m2.
The intervention also includes the urbanization of a plot area to be converted into a parking space, with 242 parking spaces (for employees and non-employees).
