IDP group has completed the Project Monitoring of the new logistics centre for Goodman Real Estate in Sector Can Estella, in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires (Barcelona).

Goodman Can Estella Logistics Centre is a modern Class A facility, with BREAAM Good certification. It is located in an area of high industrial activity related to the automotive sector and with excellent connection to the AP2 and AP7 motorways.
The new logistics centre has a floor area of 30,634 m2, where the logistics platform has been located with a built area of 20,470 m2 and an urban developed area of 10,164 m2, aimed at roads for cars and heavy vehicles and parking areas.
It is made up of 3 warehouses that have a storage area with loading docks for the entry and exit of goods on the ground floor and an office area located on the main façade. This office area also has changing rooms, toilets and a rest room on the ground floor as well as an area for administrative uses and staff on the mezzanine floor.
The project has been carried out using BIM methodology in all its phases, which has been essential both in the design and overall management of the works.
IDP has carried out the Project Monitoring and Benefits Study regarding Fire Protection, consolidating itself as a high level supplier in the logistics sector, one of the most demanding sectors in terms of time, quality and cost management.
