The IDP Group has completed the project and construction management of the new corporate headquarters in Europe and logistics warehouse for the multinational LS2 Helmets, located in Terrassa, Barcelona.

LS2 Helmests is an international company, manufacturer and distributor of motorcycle helmets with a wide range of models and extensive experience in the motorcycling market.

The new 13,500 m2 corporate building is located on a 15,872 m2 plot and is made up of a 10,000 m2 logistics warehouse and a 3,000 m2 administrative office building, in which a 500 m2 showroom for sales and exhibition is set up.

IDP has carried out the project and the construction management entirely using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, which is essential both in the design and in the global management of the works and which allows guaranteeing and meeting the highest demands at the programming level. and costs, reducing the deadlines and uncertainty of construction works.
