The IDP Group has finished the project and construction management of the new logistics center for Freshly Cosmetics located in the industrial estate “La Plana” in Gandesa (Tarragona).

The new center has required an investment of 5M€, will generate around hundreds of jobs and will enable the company to scale up its operations to 200M€.

The new facility has 14,000 m2 and will allow will unify operations, giving them more autonomy, saving processes and time, to manage more than one million orders a year for the 36 countries in Europe, America and Asia in which it is already present, as well as to reach new markets and countries.

Specifically, the services provided by IDP have consisted of the development of the basic project, the executive project and the supervision of the work until its commissioning, all using the BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling).
