IDP has been awarded two new framework agreements to tender for projects managed by the Área Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB).

On the one hand, for the contracting of the design and calculation services of installations and assistance to the site management and execution management of the installations in building projects, with a budget of 438,016 euros to be executed in a period of two years in which 6 companies have been accredited.

On the other hand, for the hiring of the services of design and calculation of structures and assistance to the direction of work in the structures, with an endowment of 625,000 euros to execute in a period of two years in which 6 companies have been accredited.

Área Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) is the public administration of the metropolitan territory of Barcelona, made up of 36 municipalities and a population of 3.2 million people. It is the most important metropolitan agglomeration in the western Mediterranean and generates half of Catalonia’s GDP. The AMB’s areas of management are related to territory and urban planning, mobility, housing, the environment, economic development and social cohesion.
