Eduard Loscos, R&D Manager of IDP Group and president of Building Digital Twin Association have participated in the BIMExpo congress, held on 16th November 2022 at IFEMA Madrid.

BIMEXPO is the leading European trade fair for BIM services, networking, knowledge, and solutions for the building industry, which will be held at IFEMA MADRID together with the other professional trade fairs such as Construtec, Veteco, Archistone and Matelec.

BIMEXPO is a technical congress that has become the main meeting point for the entire BIM (Building Information Modelling) industry, with the aim of accelerating the implementation of its use, promoting and developing open standards for the exchange of information related to buildings and infrastructures, and serving as a platform to boost the knowledge and professionalization of BIM in the construction industry.

In this context, we have participated in the workshop “DIGITAL TWINS FOR DIGITALISING AND AUTOMATISING CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES” organized by TECNALIA, within the framework of the BIM2TWIN project, which aims to build a Digital Building Twin (DBT) platform for innovation in the management of construction processes, with the help of BIM and digital twins.
