IDP starts the work direction of the new Logistic Center for Koerich in Biguaçu (Brazil). Koerich is the leading company in the mobile and household appliances market in the Santa Catarina State for over 60 years with more than 91 stores and 4 distribution centers, 2 in São José, 1 in Joinville and 1 in Criciúma.

Prior to this work direction, IDP has developed the complimentary facilities and infrastructures projects, and also the transference of the architectural project to BIM technology. The new distribution center, entirely projected by BIM technology has a total build surface of 26.915 m2 and 22.470 m2 of logistic area and  4.445 m2 of administrative area, among of 41.925 m2 for access, extension, maneuver backyard and an execution timeline of 18 months.

With this performance, IDP increases its experience on work managements assuring the execution, the deadlines, the costs and the quality at all the project stages.
