IDP engineering Group starts the works of the second phase of the project for the development of engineering, work supervision, closure and commissioning, as well as external management and the work contest for the expansion of the Distribution Center of Supermercados Peruanos in Punta Negra for InRetail Properties Management, a leading Peruvian company in the retail sector with a presence in all regions of the country through multiple business segments: supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping centers.

The new Distribution Center is strategically located in the Municipality of Punta Negra, Department of Lima, in front of the Lima-Pucusana highway and occupies an area of ​​289,661m2.

IDP has successfully completed the projection phase and construction management of the first phase with a constructed area of ​​61,200m2 and in this second phase another 30,600m2 built will be expanded, also including circulation areas, parking and auxiliary areas.

IDP carries out the project in its entirety through the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, which allows it to design, project, organize and direct the digital construction of the project, integrating all the information into a single model parameterized in 7 dimensions, as well as Supervision and Construction Management of the work, which guarantees and meets the highest demands at the level of programming and costs, reducing the deadlines and uncertainty of construction works.

With this action, IDP consolidates itself as a leading company in the development of projects and work management through BIM methodology, ensuring the execution, deadlines, cost, quality in all phases of the construction process.
