TSB and IDP close a strategic agreement for the development of the new logistics platform project for the industrial parcel operator, located in Ribarroja de Túria (Valencia).

The logistics platform, located on a 12,500 m2 plot, will have an area of approximately 6,345 m2 and a 406 m2 office building. The interior urbanization of the plot will also be carried out with a capacity for 10 parking spaces for light vehicles, 25 for trucks and 30 for vans and garden areas.
