ASSET DIGITISATION CONSULTANCY

Partners of our clients in the digital transformation of the asset management package of the company or administration:

  • Design the requirements (EIR) so that the bidding documents for projects and works request BIM.
  • Re-design the information architecture (and asset coding), so that the different systems "communicate" (coding of assets, signals, at all stages of design, construction and operation, etc.).
  • Define the common data repository (CDE - Common data environment), as well as the software to be used by the client and its suppliers (Revit, Bimcollab, etc).
  • Customer training, especially with a project manager profile (to know how to open and audit project and work models; not to edit models, which will be done by suppliers).
  • Audit-piloting a project, already using the defined digitization methodology.

ASSET DIGITIZATION

We inventory and digitise the assets (GIS, BIM, 360º photos) to know the reality of the assets, in order to:

We implement the Digital Twins for the optimisation of asset exploitation and sustainability.

  • Improve the usability and collaboration of information between different areas and people.
  • Monitor operating data, consumption, emissions and/or waste, in order to learn from these data and try to reduce them.
  • Collect and integrate different data to generate analytics to make better decisions about assets.

BDTA - BUILDING DIGITAL TWIN ASSOCIATION

We are founders of BDTA, Building Digital Twin Association, an international association that aims to foster an open ecosystem to build Digital Twin environments in buildings and cities.
  • Develop an open technology framework that is ready to evolve as a community over the lifetime of the AECOO sector and city assets
  • Provide a citizen-centric vision to ensure privacy and ethical use of the data generated
  • Synchronise up-to-date information from smart and connected buildings towards complete, unmuted information
  • Enable a seamless environmental assessment throughout the life cycle for a circular management of the building environment
  • Optimise the energy performance of buildings by reducing the gaps (projected differences) between life cycles

The BDTA is currently chaired by physicist Eduard Loscos, head of R&D of the IDP Group.
