Project for the implementation of thermal drying lines for low-temperature urban sludge and energy recovery using advanced technologies for gasification of synthesis gas at the PTAS Trebal Mapocho (Chile)
- Thermal drying of sludge (hourly capacity): 23.99 tons/h/line (2 lines)
- Dry sludge gasification: 7.46 tn/h (total in 3 pyrolyzers)
- Syngas cogeneration in engines at 100% load and 92.5% load: 6.256 MWh; 5,386 Mweh
- Syngas combustion: 15.75 MWth
- Transport and peripherals for the sludge drying system and for the gasification system
- Odor treatment system in thermal sludge drying
