Herit4Ages project

The Herit4Ages project, “User-centric and data-driven retrofitting solutions for a resilient, energy-efficient, low-emission and inclusive cultural heritage”, with the challenge of improving the performance of heritage buildings while preserving their architectural and cultural identity.

OBJECTIVES

Herit4Ages, comes from the idea that marriage must be protected, last for centuries and must be able to adapt to environmental, economic and social challenges and changes, therefore, the project’s main objective is to develop and validate a set of innovative technical and social solutions, energetically sustainable and resource efficient, for the cost-effective enhancement and preservation of cultural heritage buildings.

The Herit4Ages project proposes user-centred, data-driven modernization solutions for a resilient, energy-efficient, low-emission and inclusive cultural heritage, preserving cultural heritage values.

IDP will design the Digital Twin platform based on HBIM and the development of web services API for the optimisation of accessibility, operation and maintenance of heritage buildings, through the integration of energy efficiency/simulation tools, LCA/LCC analysis tools, predictive maintenance algorithms and accessibility solutions.

Herit4Ages is funded by the EU under the call: “HORIZON-CL5-2022-D4-02-03”.
