Its objective is to celebrate and promote diversity in the workplace, highlighting the importance of diversity management as a key factor for the adaptation of SMEs and large companies to current social, labor and economic challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities, sexual, generational and cultural diversity, among others, has led to an increase in well-being and work-life balance. In short, the inclusion of structural improvements that are committed to human capital and long-term competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>This commitment consists of 10 fundamental principles, signed voluntarily by companies and institutions of various sectors and sizes. These principles seek to promote equal opportunities, respect for diversity and the effective inclusion of all people, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability or other personal or social circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Renewing our commitment to the Diversity Charter is another step in our ongoing effort to create an inclusive and respectful work environment.
