The IDP group has completed the Projection services of the new logistics platform for Logicor in the municipality of Cheste, Valencia.

The logistics platform, located on one of the 4 plots of the Logicor Cheste Park logistics park, has a constructed area of ​​53,932 sqm. It is divided into 8 modules with 70 loading docks for the entry and exit of goods, two office buildings and annexed units. The interior urbanization of the plot is intended for traffic roads, loading and unloading beaches, parking spaces and attached buildings.

Logicor Cheste Park is made up of 4 plots that cover 181,000 sqm, with a total building area of ​​112,813 sqm and is located just 12 km from Valencia Airport, in a privileged situation thanks to its excellent connectivity with the A3 motorway.

The services carried out by IDP have consisted in the development of the Basic Project and the Project Management of the logistics warehouse and the interior development, complying with the BREEAM Very Good evaluation and certification standards for the sustainability of the building. He has also developed the activity project for JYSK (expert in rest systems and furniture).
