The IMPULS programme, on the public digital television channel La Xarxa+, one of the leading spaces in Catalonia for the dissemination of innovative initiatives, industrial projects and business success stories, and directed by Umberto Salerno, broadcast the report “L’ENGINYERIA COM A MOTOR DE CANVI” on 8 March.

Recorded at the IDP Group’s facilities in Sabadell (A Bureau Veritas Company), the report showed, through the presentation of several complex industrial projects currently under development, the high level of maturity of the BIM methodology, an area in which IDP has been a benchmark for more than 15 years.

During the broadcast, Enrique Blasco, CEO of the IDP Group, shared the company’s strategic vision, analysed the evolution of the sector and highlighted the importance of promoting projects that boost industrial competitiveness and the development of highly specialised talent.

For his part, José Antonio Garrido, director of ICN2 and head of the INNOFAB project, presented the advances of this strategic scientific and technological infrastructure, which will be unique at a national level and unique in the European context. As part of the Catalunya Lidera Plan, promoted by the Department of Economy and Finance of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the project will make it possible to scale up manufacturing processes and reduce the gap between research and commercial development of new chip prototypes.
