IDP has been the chosen engineering by the pharmaceutical French multinational SANOFI to carry out the renewal of the air conditioning and ventilation facilities at the distribution center that the company operates in Leganés (Madrid). The platform currently operates a yearly volume of 55 million units, has a storage capacity of 8.000 pallets, and distributes 88 million units of their product every year in the Spanish territory. 

 

The project consists in renew the air conditioning and ventilation installation of the logistics platform that is composed by two buildings with a storage surface of 5.490 m2 and a medium height of 13 meters.

 

IDP’s performance consists on the sir conditioning systems comparative study, executive project of the air conditioning installation, works executive project, works direction, construction management and finally the legalization and certification of the works installation.

 

With this performance, IDP consolidates as a high level supplier in the pharmaceutical sector, one of the sectors with a highest level of exigency in the timelines, costs and qualities management.
