The SOSTEVAL-TEC project website is launched
The website for the SOSTEVAL-TEC project has been launched. The project is led by a consortium headed by FCC Construcción, with the participation of MATINSA, AENOR, IDP, SIGNE, IECA, GLOBAL FACTOR, DRONE HOPPER and RESGUARDAR. The project also has the collaboration of TECNALIA and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, as well as FI Group as an external consultant specialising in R&D&I.
The SOSTEVAL-TEC project, entitled ‘Research and development of a comprehensive system for the improvement and evaluation of sustainability in the different phases of civil engineering works’ (Ref. 59/163630.9/23), aims to research and develop innovative solutions for assessing sustainability in civil engineering project management, focusing on digitisation, process automation and improved decision-making throughout the value chain.
The website was created with the aim of connecting all the stakeholders in the consortium and the project, as well as disseminating the actions, activities and progress made within the framework of SOSTEVAL-TEC.
SOSTEVAL-TEC is thus consolidated as an initiative that integrates sustainability, technological innovation and public-private cooperation, contributing to the transformation of the construction sector towards more efficient, traceable and responsible models.

The project has been subsidised through the 2023 Call for proposals for grants co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to contribute to the improvement of public-private cooperation in R&D&I, by supporting technological innovation projects with a knock-on effect developed by open innovation hubs in the Community of Madrid. This funding falls within the strategic areas of smart specialisation of the Madrid economy (S3), as part of the ERDF Operational Programme for the Community of Madrid for the period 2021-2027.
