China MIIT Talent Exchange Center Delegation Visits IDP Group Headquarters
On August 23rd, we had the privilege of receiving at the headquarters of the IDP Group in Sabadell (Barcelona) the delegation of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT). This visit represents an important step in strengthening international cooperation ties in the field of talent management and industrial innovation.
The Beijing-based centre, with more than 40 years of experience, is directly affiliated with MIIT, the government agency responsible for planning, policy-making and development of China’s industrial, communications and information technology sectors.
During the meeting, the representatives of MIIT presented their objective of consolidating itself as an international reference organization in talent services, with a focus on research, training, evaluation and global cooperation in the industrial and information technology sectors. To do this, they seek to learn from the best international practices, especially highlighting the Spanish experience in talent planning and the integration of industry and education.
The delegation, led by Se YunFeng, was also attended by Director Cheng Yu and Business Supervisor Zhang Yue of the Talent Development Department, who focus on talent assessment, data governance and information technology development. Likewise, Deputy Director Li Lili and Project Supervisor Yang Lu of the Talent Research Department shared their experiences in talent planning research and industry-education integration projects.
The exchange of ideas and knowledge with the MIIT delegation was extremely enriching and has opened up new opportunities for mutual cooperation. From IDP, we greatly value this visit and the possibility of establishing new ways of collaboration with the MIIT Talent Exchange Center. We are convinced that this meeting will mark the beginning of a fruitful relationship that will contribute to the development of talent and innovation in both countries.
