IDP awarded with the regional control office project at Puerto Maldonado in Peru

The general Control Office of the Peruvian Republic has awarded IDP to develop the technical expedient for the new Regional Control Office in the city of Puerto Maldonado in the Tambopata district and province, in the Madre de Dios department located in the southeast of the country.

This project belongs to the National Control System and Programme for the Safety and Right Public Management, concretely in the field of the consolidation of the decentralization process of the National Control System by the construction and adaption of physic infrastructure and renewal of the office equipment’s.

This new office will have a surface of 1.100 m2 and the project will be entirely developed with BIM technology. IDP is the leading engineering by using BIM for the development of the company’s projects worldwide.

With this performance, IDP consolidates its leading position in Peru where the company operates since 2015 developing projects in 11 of the 24 Peruvian departments (Amazonas, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, Lima, La Libertad, Madre de Dios, Moquegua & Pasco) and performing in all the companies business areas: engineering, architecture and environment.
