The IDP Group has been awarded with the technical service contract to develop the construction management and work direction project of a modern and functional business park to be executed in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), with a foreseen investment of US$ 9 milion.

The park will be composed by 20 buildings, concretely 11 industrial buildings, 7 commercial buildings, 2 office buildings and one underground parking and the construction will start the first semester of 2017.

In total it will be 18.900 m2 constructed with a central garden area and a parking space for 190 vehicles. The proposal foresees a prebuild concrete structure with metallic covers and steel and aluminum parts.

The projects will entirely be done with BIM “Building Information Modeling” technology that allows to design, project, organize and direct the digital project construction integrating the 3 physic dimensions such as the budget dimension, the planning dimension, the strategic and sustainability analysis and the Facility Management systems integration. 

With this performance IDP consolidates as a referent company for the project development with BIM technology.
