FINIBA, based in Barcelona and specialising in the management and development of real estate portfolios (residential, industrial and offices), has entrusted IDP with the comprehensive development of its new industrial plants in the municipality of Sabadell (Barcelona), consolidating its commitment to innovation and efficiency in the industrial sector.

The facilities are located in the Can Roqueta Industrial Estate and will have a total built area of 7,735 m². The project comprises two main actions: the Can Moragues Project, with a 1,375 m² industrial warehouse distributed over the ground floor and mezzanine, which will include a storage area, open-plan offices, toilets and changing rooms; and the Can Manent Project, consisting of four industrial warehouses with a total area of 6,600 m2, also distributed over the ground floor and mezzanine, with storage areas, open-plan offices, toilets and changing rooms, as well as four loading bays.

The new plants have been designed according to the strictest sustainability criteria, incorporating solutions that ensure high energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact, guaranteeing modern, responsible buildings that meet the most demanding standards.

IDP has undertaken the drafting of the reparcelling project in the PA01 industrial estate, derived from the specific modification of the Sabadell Municipal General Plan (MPG-128). In addition, it has developed the Basic and Executive Project and is managing the tendering process for the works and the Project Management. All of this is being carried out using BIM methodology, which allows design, costs and planning to be integrated into a single digital model, optimising time, reducing costs and ensuring maximum efficiency and quality at every stage.

With this award, IDP strengthens its position as a leader in the design and execution of industrial projects, offering comprehensive solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability and technology.
