IDP has been awarded the framework contract to provide professional services of architecture, civil works engineering and installations in buildings of the Catalan Corporation of Audiovisual Media (CCMA).

The CCMA seeks to modernize its infrastructures to adapt to current technological needs and comply with energy efficiency standards, aligning with sustainable economy objectives

The work will be carried out in more than 40,000m2 of CCMA facilities, mainly in the Sant Joan Despí production centre, covering technical rooms, television and radio studios, offices, service areas and air conditioning systems.

The services awarded include the implementation of projects for the replacement of facilities, remodelling and adaptation of spaces in the CCMA centres, with a special focus on energy sustainability and the use of renewable energies. Among the actions are the technical and architectural design of facilities, the drafting of basic and executive projects, the project management, the legalization of projects and works, all through the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology to optimize processes and guarantee precision in the execution of projects.

The CCMA renews its trust in IDP to develop strategic projects and contribute with innovative solutions that improve the performance of the corporation’s buildings, integrating advanced technologies and sustainable practices.
