IDP starts the urbanization works of the Mirasol residential sector number 8 “Capella de Sant Joan” in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona), with a total Surface of 69.159 m2.

It is a completely consolidated urbanization and currently it presents some urban deficiencies that affect the accessibility, the drinking water and hydration network supply, the public lightning network, the overhead networks (Low Voltage and phone) and the sewerage network.

About the roads paving, it does not show any bituminous treatment, therefore the current surface is composed by a granular matter soil and compacted sand, without uniformity on the sidewalks, existing a new sectors construction and other without any pave or sidewalk.

IDP will develop the work direction and the safety and health coordination, with a foreseen duration of 10 months, having previously done the projection stage, carrying out the total sectors redevelopment, renewing all the services, burying the overhead networks, implementing a new rainwater networks, correcting the accessibility deficiencies and executing the paving and sidewalks.

With this performance, IDP consolidates as a technical services referent in the development of urbanizations and redevelopment.
