Enric Blasco, in representation of IDP has been elected to become a member of the Barcelona Propeller Club, a club that includes as members professionals related to different industrial sectors and to international commerce, especially in the logistics, transport and maritime-harbor sectors.

The club origins are in the year 1927 when the United States Propeller Club was founded in New York to promote and reinforce the worldwide maritime commerce with the US after the recession caused by WWI.

The Barcelona Propeller Club was founded in 1994, being the first one in Spain, and is part of the European Association of the Propeller Clubs (EAPC), organization that englobes about 30 clubs in different European and African countries with more than 3.000 members. That club main goals are to promote and support the maritime commerce and the activities related to navigation, international commerce and logistic services, to contribute the industrial and social development, collaborating with other business organizations with similar goals.

This association allows IDP to generate new synergies and opportunities, collaborating actively with the improvement of the community interests and the collectives that integrate the national and international logistics chains.
