The innovation center will have a constructed area that will vary between 2,000 and 3,700 square meters, projecting buildings with flexible design, rational, functional and innovative in the use of technology and facilities.  The goal is to act as centers of innovation poles to local towns in its surrounds.

The innovation centers will be located in the following cities: Joinville (515 250 inhabitants), Florianópolis (421 203 inhabitants), Blumenau (309.2014 inhabitants), Criciúma (192,308 inhabitants), Chapecó (185,000 inhabitants), Itajaí (184,000 inhabitants), Jaragua do Sul (128 237 inhabitants), Tubarão (97.281habitantes), São Bento do Sul (75,543 inhabitants) and Joaçaba (24,850 inhabitants).

The project will be implemented in full by BIM (Building Information Modeling) which allows to design, plan, organize and digitally manage of the building project as well as the subsequent works. It integrates all the information in a parameterized model, complete, unique and centralized in 5-dimensions (3 physical dimensions, but also the cost and time dimensions), speeding decision-making and fully eliminating errors based on a comprehensive understanding of the project through the model.
