Lages City with a population of 168 384 inhabitants is located in the mountain range of Santa Catarina  State in southern Brazil. 

The aim of the project is to modernize the urban center of the city in order to get a more friendly space for citizens where they will have priority over the vehicle. Besides burying different air services nowadays and reforming public squares incorporating three areas : playgrounds, leisure and green autochthonous areas.

The project will be implemented in full by BIM (Building Information Modeling) which allows to design, plan, organize and digitally manage of the building project as well as the subsequent works. It integrates all the information in a parameterized model, complete, unique and centralized in 5-dimensions (3 physical dimensions, but also the cost and time  dimensions), speeding decision-making and fully eliminating errors based on a comprehensive understanding of the project through the model.
