BIM4Safety aims to include a new monitoring system for the improvement of safety in the construction phase of buildings and infrastructures through the use of BIM methodology.

The project will develop a computerised control centre of the PRL as a tool for the prevention of occupational risks in construction sites that facilitates and manages the safety of the site and allows, through a network of sensors, the continuous monitoring of activities, workers, machines and collective protection equipment distributed throughout the work centre and that are able to interact with the BIM planning of the building, providing greater safety to workers who carry out their activity in one of the sectors with the highest accident rate, the construction sector.
