The IDP group has been the chosen engineering company by the Brazilian telecommunications company Cobra to carry out the renewal and adaption of 14 Banco do Brasil agencies.

Cobra is a company founded in 1974 and the works in the information technologies and support business processes fields. Since the nineties, Cobra is working together with Banco de Brasil specializing in banking technologies. Banco do Brasil has currently more than 4.000 offices in Brazil and the rest of the world.

IDP’s works consist in the elaboration of the architectural and engineering basic project for the renewal and adaption of 14 Banco do Brasil offices with an approximate surface of 650 m2 each, located in 11 Brazilian States (São Luis, Teresinha, Cuiabá, Campo Grande, Uberlândia, Vitória, João Pessoa, Maceió, Recife, Curitiba, Joinville, Londrina, Florianópolis, Passo Fundo).

The projects will entirely be done with BIM “Building Information Modeling” technology that allows to design, project, organize and direct the digital project construction integrating the 3 physic dimensions such as the budget dimension, the planning dimension, the strategic and sustainability analysis and the Facility Management systems integration. 

IDP is present on Brazil since 2011 with offices in Florianópolis, Rio de Janeiro & Belém, positioning as a strategic partner in Latin America for all those companies with investment project in this region and consolidating as a referent company for the development of project with BIM.
