IDP awarded with two business parks in Peru

The Production Ministry of the Peruvian Government has awarded IDP, in consortium with Carrizales, with the development of the CETICOS ILO Center for Export, Transformation, Industry, Commerce and Services Master Plan with a surface of 161,94 hectares in the Ilo province of the Moquegua department in the south of the country, and the La Libertad Industrial Park Master Plan with a surface of 106,25 hectares in the Ascope province in the La Libertad department in the north of the country, with an execution period of 4 months.

Both parks are strategically located, concretely the Ilo one so located 7,9 km away from the harbor and 1km away from the airport and it has good road connections (Panamericana Sur, Costanera Sur, Interoceánica), and the La Libertad one is located at the 600 km of the North Pan-American Road.

In both cases, because of the location and dimensions, this parks are two of the main development initiatives of productive infrastructure in Peru, and for it this project requires a Master Plan that is composed by a Business Plan, a Management Model, and a Conceptual Model to plan the actions and needed strategies that will make both projects feasible and in order to archive the project goals.

With this award, the IDP engineering group consolidates its presence in Peru, where the company operates as a Peruvian company since 2015, by developing projects in all the business areas: engineering, environment and architecture.
