IDP Group has been selected as one of the 10 companies to participate in the ETALENTUM 2022 Awards, in the category of companies with more than 100 employees, for its excellence in the application of its human resources and human capital management policies.

The ETALENTUM AWARDS are an initiative of the Catalan company Etalentum, a leader in the field of personnel selection, and have a committee of experts made up of representatives from the Sabadell Town Council (through the Department of Economic Development and Administrative Promotion), the Sabadell Chamber of Commerce, the Bank of Sabadell and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Faculty of Economics and Business). The following evaluation criteria were used to select the candidates.

• Ability to attract external talent.
• Level of commitment to employees.
• Creation of training and development opportunities.
• Fair remuneration schemes.
• Application of policies on reconciliation, integration, gender, health, etc.
• Communication and transparency.

The ETALENTUM 2022 Gala, held on 24 January 2023, was presided over by the Honourable Marta Farrés Falgueras, Mayoress of Sabadell, and was attended by prominent members of the region’s business community.
