IDP has joined SPAIN DC, the Spanish Association of Data Centers that includes the main companies in the sector, with the common goal of improving and promoting the development and competitiveness of data centres in Spain.

SPAIN DC aims to represent the data center sector before all public and private interlocutors, promote knowledge of the sector, contribute to the growth and energy and digital transformation of the economy, as well as promote the recognition of Spain and the Spanish data center industry as an investment destination.

The IDP Data Centers division, based on IDP’s leadership in BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, offers a unique value proposition to large real estate funds and data centre operators based on technical services that cover the entire life cycle of data centers, from land search, consulting, conceptual and detailed design, project management, construction management, testing & commissioning and start-up, to assistance during operation.

IDP participates as a member of the association with the aim of adding synergies, knowledge and experience to contribute to the sustainable growth, transformation and digitisation of the Spanish economy as a whole.
