The IDP Group is associated with IAHR (International Association for Hydro-Environmental Engineering and Research), a worldwide independent organization of water engineers and specialists, founded in 1935, working in fields related to hydro-environmental sciences and their practical application.

IAHR organizes a wide variety of activities, including working groups, research agendas, congresses, specialized conferences, courses, journals and monographs, as well as participation in international programmes such as UNESCO, WMO, IDNDR, GWP, ICSU and cooperation with other international water-related organizations.

The IDP Group participates as a sponsor in the partnership with the aim of adding synergies, knowledge and experiences that will contribute to sustainable development, optimization of water resources management and industrial processes in the sector.
