IDP opens its new office in Lima (Peru)

The Engineering Group IDP celebrated last 23rd, 24th and 25th November its third Global Meeting counting with the presence of 16 managers, both from the corporate central and from 3 of its delegations (Brazil, Peru and Chile).

During this edition, the forecast for 2016 invoice closing process that will go exceed the 10,5 million euros and a contracting volume over 13 million euros. In addition, the budgets for next 2017 were discussed and the new products and services to be offered to the market were presented by the R+D Department.

This time, the event celebration has coincided with the inauguration of the new offices in Lima, located on the 11th floor of the emblematic Edificio Torre El Pilar at the Av. Camino Real nº 348, of the prestigious San Isidro neighbourhood.

The new offices, with capacity for more than 40 technicians, count with modern and multi-functional premises equipped with the latest technologies, cloud services, high-performance video-conference systems, BIM projects and applications collaborative platforms. All of this facilitates the collaborative work between the Group offices in Spain, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Ecuador, allowing to continue with its international expansion.

IDP Peru establishes itself as leading company in the engineering, architecture and environment projects field using the BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology, which allows designing, planning, organising and managing the project’s digital building and following construction works, integrating all information in a single 7dimensions parameterised model, completely eliminating the errors due to interferences, ensuring the whole file’s documentary coherence, complying with building highest quality & sustainability  standards with the consequent reduction of risk for the clients and the increase of the project’s profitability.

Nowadays, the IDP Group employs a multidisciplinary team that is over the 300 technicians and is developing projects in 34 countries from 4 continents (Africa, America, Asia and Europe) both for the public and private sector.
