Celebration of the third general assembly of the project ACTIV4.0
On October 31 was held in Barcelona the 3rd general assembly of the project ACTIV4.0 around the IOT Solutions World Congress.
ACTIV4.0. is a collaborative industrial research, experimental development and innovation project promoted by the Comunitats RIS3CAT (ACCIÓ), which aims to transform towards digital management of assets and processes in facilities and service provider networks through the development of the new concept of “Utilities 4.0”, with the ultimate goal of being able to offer a better service to the customer/citizen.
IDP participated in the presentation, together with the company WorldSensing, of the developments made regarding the Digital Twin platform of the GNL plant of Nedgia S.A. in Gandesa.
In this session, the integration of the WorldSensing GIS platform with geolocalized IoT data/signals from different sensors was shown. These signals or alarms are connected to the Digital Twin model generated by IDP (in the cloud), where the component in question is located and it is possible to work on aspects such as preventive maintenance, see data in real time, etc.
The following developments consist of the integration of algorithms for predictive maintenance (UPC) of these components to optimize the maintenance of these plants and improve the operation to reduce potential accidents, as well as operational costs.
