IDP carries out the refurbishment of two assistance centres in Barcelona for Asepeyo
The IDP Group carries out two Barcelona assistance centres’ reform and refurbishment projects at the request of Asepeyo. With these changes, the capacity of the centres has increased, which has allowed to improve the quality of its services.
Founded in 1915 as a mutual provident society, Asepeyo is nowadays one of the main mutual Partner with Social Security. In addition to the management of accidents at work and occupational diseases, it has developed an intense activity in the research, development and establishment of preventive measures.
The new Asepeyo assistance centre is located on Avenida Meridiana in Barcelona. Consists of a 700m2 ground floor and a 580m2 basement. The second centre, also located in Barcelona, on Calle Caspe is operating as a medical assistance centre at the moment and is composed by a 1.061m2 ground floor and a 1.069m2 basement.
The contracted IDP services consist in the production of the point cloud, the development of the 3D model, the architecture project and the later construction execution. It must be stressed that both the development of the project as its later monitoring during the execution of works will be carried out through systems based on BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodology.
