The IDP Group has been awarded the basic project, executive and optional management of the conditioning works of the new Digital Innovation Center of the Community of Madrid (Digitaliza Madrid), located in the building of the Agency for Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid.

The Center for Digital Innovation of the Community of Madrid (Digitaliza Madrid), attached to the Council of Local Administration and Digitization of the Community of Madrid, was created with the aim of promoting the digital transformation strategy of the region and creating an environment that generates innovation and digital impulse that, in addition, facilitate the attraction of investment and boost the private sector in its digitization process.

The services awarded to IDP include the comprehensive reform of the existing facilities in part of the ground floor and the terrace located on the fourth floor of the building of the Agency for Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid (Madrid Digital), with an area of ​​operation approximately 1,560 m2.

The Digitaliza Madrid space is designed to offer an interactive experience, mixing the physical with the digital, to create a new culture of collaboration and relationship between citizens and the city. It will have collaborative and flexible spaces and with special attention to sustainability and the health and well-being of employees and users.

The IDP Group is consolidated as a multidisciplinary engineering with experience in the development of projects and works using the BIM methodology, ensuring execution, deadlines, cost, and quality in all phases of the construction process.
