IDP participates in the BIM conference at the Catholic University of Paraná (Brasil)

The IDP Group participated in the conference “BIM – An integrated workflow” organised by the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná in Brazil last April 5th. The event was attended by students, professors and invited professionals.

The IDP Group, represented by Business Manager in Brazil Tiago Perucchi and the Project Manager Jefferson Zimmerman, presented cases of projects developed in BIM in the areas of urban infrastructures, building and environment.

On this occasion, Neri dos Santos, Dean of the Polytechnic School, and IDP’s Business Manager discussed a future agreement that will allow university students to put into practice the different types of knowledge acquired in the various business units of the IDP Group.

The IDP Group began its strategy to promote and implement BIM in all its projects 8 years ago, which allowed it to become a world leader in BIM technology providing added value to all projects, with the ultimate aim of providing quality service to his clients. Since then, it has worked with BIM technology in its 8 offices in 5 countries, the headquarters in Sabadell (Barcelona) and offices in Madrid in Spain, Florianópolis, Rio de Janeiro and Belem in Brazil, Lima in Peru, Santiago in Chile and Quito in Ecuador.

Currently, IDP employs a multidisciplinary team of more than 300 technicians and is developing projects in 34 countries on 4 continents (Africa, America, Asia and Europe) for both the public sector and the private sector.
