The IDP Group renews its commitment to the diversity charter

As part of the sixth edition of European Diversity Month, the IDP Group is proud to renew its commitment as a signatory of the Diversity Charter, an initiative we joined in 2009 and which reaffirms our dedication to promoting equality, inclusion and non-discrimination in the workplace.

The European Diversity Month, celebrated every May, is an initiative promoted by the European Commission and the European Diversity Charters platform. Its objective is to celebrate and promote diversity in the workplace, highlighting the importance of diversity management as a key factor for the adaptation of SMEs and large companies to current social, labor and economic challenges.

The commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities, sexual, generational and cultural diversity, among others, has led to an increase in well-being and work-life balance. In short, the inclusion of structural improvements that are committed to human capital and long-term competitiveness.

This commitment consists of 10 fundamental principles, signed voluntarily by companies and institutions of various sectors and sizes. These principles seek to promote equal opportunities, respect for diversity and the effective inclusion of all people, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, disability or other personal or social circumstances.

Renewing our commitment to the Diversity Charter is another step in our ongoing effort to create an inclusive and respectful work environment. At IDP Group, we believe that diversity is a source of innovation and competitiveness, and we are committed to integrating these values into our corporate culture.
