The IDP Group renews its commitment to the Diversity Charter

At the IDP Group – A Bureau Veritas Company, we have renewed our commitment to the Diversity Charter for yet another year, an initiative to which we have been a signatory since 2009 and which reflects our commitment to equal opportunities, inclusion and respect for diversity in the workplace.

This renewal reaffirms our determination to continue fostering a corporate culture based on talent, respect and the valuing of individuals, regardless of their gender, age, origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other personal or social circumstance.

The Diversity Charter, promoted in Spain by the Fundación Diversidad and supported by the European Commission, brings together organisations committed to creating more inclusive, diverse and equitable working environments.

Adherence to the Charter entails a voluntary commitment to ten fundamental principles aimed at promoting equal opportunities, inclusive team management, work-life balance, respect for differences and the creation of workplaces free from any form of discrimination.

At the IDP Group – A Bureau Veritas Company, we view diversity as a source of innovation, creativity and competitiveness. We therefore continue to embed these values in our policies, processes and corporate culture, helping to build a more inclusive, equitable and respectful working environment for everyone.

Renewing this commitment marks another step forward in our commitment to diverse talent and to a responsible business model, aligned with the principles of sustainability and social development that form part of the Group’s identity.
